RETURN POLICY

Be Marsupial Return Policy

If your product has been damaged, please return it to the address below by Cash On Delivery within 7 days of receiving it. We will credit or refund the full purchase value of the items returned (excluding delivery). Please note that items must be returned unused in their original undamaged packaging.

Your order number is contained on the confirmation email. If you do not know your order number please write the purchaser’s surname instead.
Please also send a note to us via the Contact Us page form or by email to: contact@bemarsupial.com.au telling us what you are returning and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Please pack the goods carefully in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during their return.

Damaged Products
All your purchases are quality inspected and packed carefully, so damages are rare. However occasionally damages occur during transit that are beyond our control. If your goods arrived damaged please return them to the above address and we will send you a replacement. If we do not have an exact replacement in stock you will be able to choose between a full refund or a credit towards another purchase.

Unclaimed Products
Where an order is returned to our shop as unclaimed we will attempt to contact the customer and hold the order at our warehouse for up to 30 days. If after 30 days following the return of the item we have not been able to make contact with the customer we will cancel the order.

Other Concerns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase but don’t necessarily want to return the item please contact us using the phone or email on the Contact Us page. We will do everything possible to solve the problem.
