DELIVERY TIMES
Be Marsupial will do the best to send your purchases out by the next business day. However, we ask for your understanding on special dates such as Christmas when we must attend to a large volume of orders. If the delay in delivering your order to the Post Office exceeds 48 hours, we will notify you about the corresponding delay in shipping.
We use Australia Post’s Regular Parcel Post Service to ship the purchases to customers.
Australia
The usual delivery times according to the states of destination are:
- Australian Capital Territory: 2 – 3 business days
- New South Wales: 2 – 4 business days
- Northern Territory: 4 – 8 business days
- Queensland: 2 – 4 business days
- South Australia: 2 – 3 business days
- Tasmania: 2 – 3 business days
- Victoria: 2 – 4 business days
- Western Australia: 4 – 9 business days

RECOMMENDATIONS TO FACILITATE DELIVERY
When checking out, please provide the most convenient address taking into account that your purchase will be delivered during working hours, Monday to Friday. If you decide to enter a work address, please indicate whether the item can be left at reception.
If no one is at the delivery address to sign and receive the parcel, the postman will be leave a notice card advising that your purchase can be collected from the nearest Australia Post outlet.
Please make sure you write the correct delivery address when checking out at our website. If a parcel is returned to us, an extra fee will be charged prior to it being sent again.
